Giveaway!!!

Yesterday I went and did a little shopping because I needed some retail therapy and I decided to get you guys something too!

I found these adorable Paula Deen kitchen accessories and thought of you guys!

Cupcake liners that are too cute....
Amen to that!!!


A spice shaker that says, "SHAKE IT!"


And I went to my local organic health food store and picked up some fun popcorn seasonings for you to put in the spice shaker!
YUM!

Also, I found this mug that I loved so much, I had to get it too!
Along with a fun whisk and spatulas!
It says, Cookin' Makes You Good Lookin'
I love it! It's so true!

  3. Too Cute! My favorite cook book goes along with the theme of your giveaway! It's called Hello, Cupcake. The picture in this book are full color and too cute. The book has great ideas for taking a boring cupcake and making it fun.

  6. Would Paula Deen's Book "It Ain't All About The Cookin'" classify as a Cook Book? Probably not, but if it did that would be my most favorite. But at the moment my favorite is the Fix it and Forget it Revised and Updated. It's been very helpful with my busy schedule!

  7. That is too adorable! I would have to say my favorite cookbook is my Bread Machine Magic book. So many wonderful recipes to use in your bread machine, which is my favorite kitchen appliance minus my beloved coffee maker!

My favorite cookbook of all time is "The Ladies Village Improvement Society Cookbook".This group of ladies have been publishing this fund raising cookbook well before women had the right to vote! I appreciate the fact that some of the fund raising goes for scholarship, such as women over 25, single mothers, culinary students, etc.. My husband bought me my first copy at a used book store before we were married and I cherish the memories. Thanks for allowing my post.

  10. My favorite is beyond a shadow of a doubt "The Encyclopedia of Cajun and Creole Cooking" by Chef John Folse. I LOVE IT!!!!! It was a wedding gift and it is by far my favorite (gift and cookbook!)

  11. my fav is a VERY OLD church cook book from 1946 lol its full of fun stuff from scratch and it was my grandmothers it is a ton of the "older ladies" from my old church who have since passed and its very nostalgic

  12. The All New Complete Cooking Light Cookbook! This is loaded with healthy recipes, menues, both savory and sweet with detailed and beautiful photos as well! I always turn to this as it has never failed me yet!

  13. very cute kitchen accessories! One of my favorites is the Cooking Light- Cooking Through the Seasons. The pictures are beautiful and the recipes are based on produce and other items that are specific/available for each season. The recipes are delicious and healthy!

  18. I'm still on the hunt for my favorite cookbook of all time, but I love watching Mark Bittman's podcasts and I frequently turn to Ina Garten for throwing parties.
    It's all about the easy dishes with fresh ingredients.

  22. I have to agree with Susan. My favorite cookbook is the cookbook our church put together a few years ago. My mom and I have made some of our favorite recipes from that book. I just wish I had my own copy of it. I always am calling my mom to e-mail the recipes to me!

  24. my favourite cookbook is a church one that i got years ago.. it has alot of recipes from wonderful old ladies, some who have since passed on. it's full of memories of them, and of all the potluck meals we shared at the church!

    1. Joy of Cooking (1972 edition)
    2. Alton Brown's "I'm Just Here For The Food/More Food" cookbooks for the educational value.

  27. My fave cookbook of ALL time has to be La Pinata...by the Junior League of McAllen. It has so many great AUTHENTIC Mexican recipes as well as TONS of other recipes for just about anything you can think of.

  29. This is easy ... my favourite cookbook is my very first cookbook! "Betty Crocker's Cookbook" by Betty Crocker. Nick named 'Big Red' by the entire world!!
    I so love the GIANT mug for hold kitchen utensils ... so girly-girl it would fit right in my kitchen!
