Garlicky Garlic Knots

Ever since I posted the recipe for DIY Garlic Garlic Seasoning Mix, I have been getting asked the same question multiple times....So what do you do with it? How do you use it?

To sum it up briefly, if a recipe calls for garlic you can substitute with this miracle seasoning blend. And if you recipe doesn't call for garlic, it probably should because garlic is life.

I love using this seasoning blend with everything from roast veggies, seasoning my protein (chicken, beef, pork, seafood, etc.), pasta, breads, marinades, dips, sauces, stews....literally anything and everything!

The other night I made soup and served it with these Garlicky Garlic Knots and I'm here to show you how to make the easiest side to go with your weeknight soup or stew. First take a package of refrigerated pizza crust dough (I used Pillsbury) and roll it out into an even rectangle. Using a knife or pizza cutter, make 12 even strips, like so....

Tie each strip of dough into a loose knot and place onto a large nonstick baking sheet.

In a small dish combine the butter and Garlic Garlic Seasoning Mix and brush onto the knots of dough. Bake at 400F for 12-14 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!

Garlicky Garlic Knots
Servings: 12
Preheat the oven to 400F. Roll out the pizza crust dough into an even rectangle and cut (using knife or pizza cutter) into 12 equal strips of dough. Loosely tie each strip into a knot and place onto a parchment or baking mat lined baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the butter and Garlic Garlic Seasoning Mix. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until the butter is melted and stir to combine. Brush the garlic-butter mixture on the knots of dough. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
