I....love....smoothie....bowls!
It's like cereal and smoothies got together to figure out a way to be even better and they created this brilliant breakfast combo.
Smoothie bowls are so satisfying with the fact they are thicker than a regular smoothie and you can slurp them up with a spoon, which is fun. Plus when you add lots of fun toppings like crunchy slivered almonds and sliced fresh fruit, its a breakfast win!

In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, 1/4 cup strawberries, almond milk, almond butter, 1/2 teaspoon chia seed and the ground flax seed. Blend until smooth. Pour the thick smoothie into a bowl and top with 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup berries, 1/2 teaspoon chia seed and slivered almonds. Enjoy!
We love these smoothies, We broke our blender last week making a smoothie, so we are on the hunt for a new stronger one!
